    Sword & Buckler

    The event will be run in association with KDF International, Combat Archaeology and the Royal Armouries, Leeds.
    During the day, it will be possible to attend lectures and workshops which will take the form of practical training sessions and open sparring. Training workshops will focus on related subjects of sword and buckler, shield work and single-handed swords, probably including Messer.
    There will be a number of lectures/talks on associated sword and buckler subjects, with the option of a handling session featuring original artefacts from the Royal Armouries collection and a viewing of the famous 1.33 manuscript.
